Delivery Info for International Customers

If you're based outside of Australia we're still happy to ship to you, we mainly use Australia Post for our International Customers.

Some countries aren't accepting deliveries from Australia, please double check that you are able to order Fem21 from your country.  This does change often so if we're unable to deliver to you we'll notify you via email after your order has come through and either offer you an alternative provider or a refund when canceling your order.

We have distributors of Fem21 based in Bahrain, United Kingdom and New Zealand - you may find purchasing directly from a distributor easier and more cost effective.

We can use an alternate postal provider such as DHL, or Seko for International deliveries please advise us via email or make a note on your order, in these cases when the cost of postage is more than Australia Post we'll send you an email and an invoice with the additional charges for postage.

Please note: When you purchase Fem21 you’re not charged taxes, so there may be an additional fee from customs in your country for taxes.  This varies from country to country depending on the amount spent and the taxation rules.  Please check on your country's rules for taxation/customs/duties for international purchases.
