Foods with Fem21

Fem21 can easily be added into your foods and consumed on the daily.  Just ensure you're drinking plenty of water to help the fibre work effectively in your digestive system.  Please don't heat/cook Fem21.  You can also mix it in with your muesli or yoghurt. Here are some creative recipes some of our customers have come up with incorporating Fem21 into foods.
Fem21 bliss balls

Bliss Balls with Fem21:

  • peanut butter 1 teaspoon,
  • almond meal 2 teaspoons,
  • cocoa 2 teaspoons,
  • maple syrup 2 tablespoons,
  • coconut oil 1 teaspoon
  • flaxseeds 1 teaspoon,
  • Fem21 (3 scoops),
  • rolled in hemp seeds after blending
Blended together in food processor then rolled in hemp seeds. I divided the mixture so that x 3 balls equals 1 daily dose of Fem21.
