Trouble logging into your subscription?
If you're having trouble logging in to modify or cancel your subscription please check below:
-you need to have an account through the website this is the "little person" icon in the top right hand corner
-if you don't have an account please create one using the same email address as you use for your subscription
-you can then login to see your past orders and upcoming orders
To get an account and access to your subscription you can use this link: https://fem21.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access
The subscription is super easy to set up you just select the product you'd like in the shop than select the "Subscribe & Save 21%" after that select your renewal frequency for 1 month (30 days), 2 months (60 days), or 3 months (90 days).
If you're on a higher dose and going through your Fem21 faster than the standard 30 days and running out before the month is up than I'd suggest increasing your quantity to x 3 and renewing every 60 days.
The subscription is managed by ReCharge however I'm happy to help figure things out for you if you're having trouble.
Your subscription is completely modifiable so you can cancel, pause or move your renewal date to whenever you wish.

If you live locally on the Gold Coast and wish to pick up your Fem21 subscription directly from me at LifeStart Naturopathics we're at: 1 Koala Street, Parkwood. You can no problems, you just need to add this code: PICKUP to your order at checkout and then you won't be charged shipping.
I'll then email you to let you know when your order is ready to be collected and we can organise a time for pick up. I'm usually in the office however if I'm not here I'll leave it in a safe place on the front bench outside my office to collect along with your invoice/paperwork.
