Why I made this pack?
I put together the Inside Out Acne Pack based on my own experience with hormonal acne from my teens well into my 30's. I've tried a lot of products internally and externally! This combo just worked really well for me. I was forever recommending skin care and zinc to my patients and Fem21 customers. It just made sense to put it into a pack. The results we've had are just amazing!
Directions
- Fem21 can be taken with or without food anytime of the day
- If taking 2 scoops / day separate your doses to 1 in the morning 1 at night
Follow instructions on info card contained in pack on how to use skin care, BioZinc and Fem21.
Storage Instructions
- Store Fem21 at or below 25°C, do not add to hot drinks or food.
- Store BioZinc below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight
- Store compounded Skin Tingle & B3 Serum at or below 30°C away from direct sunlight (use within 6 months of opening)
Precautions
- Not recommended if using Hormonal contraceptives such as the oral contraceptive pill (OCP), implant devices (Implanon or Nuva Ring), or contraceptive injections (Depo Vera) as it may decrease the contraceptive action – can be used safely with an intra-uterine-device (IUD) both the progesterone or Copper IUD.
- Not recommended for use in pregnancy, especially after 12 weeks – may be used at a ½ dose in the first trimester if previously taking Fem21 prior to getting pregnant.
- Not recommended whilst exclusively breastfeeding, generally safe after baby is 6 months.
- If using medication we recommend separating the dose of Fem21 by 2 hours due to it's high fibre content
- Not recommended if undergoing active treatment for hormonal dependent cancers

I’m Meah, thank you for being here. You've probably found yourself here because you’ve heard great things about Fem21.
I’m the founder of Fem21 and I've been a Naturopath for over 18 years. Since 2015 Fem21 has helped over 30,000 women in Australia and Internationally.
As a woman with PCOS and mother of two, Fem21 was created from my own need to sort out my health and hormones. Also as a Naturopathic Practitioner I wanted to help as many women as possible to do the same.
I designed this beautiful blend to not only naturally balance hormones, but it also support the liver and digestive system, alkalises the body and looks after our adrenals and thyroid. I'm so happy that Fem21 has such a great reputation for supporting women's health and hormones holistically.

How does Fem21 taste?
Fem21 is an all natural herbal greens drink. As such it has an earthy green taste. We don't use any flavours or anything artificial. So after mixing your Fem21 powder into a drink (either water, juice or smoothie) consume immediately as will thicken over time. Taste is subjective some people love it others struggle with the texture. The most important thing is what it's doing for your body and I'm sure you'll find a way of having it daily that you love. It's not meant to be fun, but functional, save your fun drinks for the weekend.
Do I need additional Skin Care?
Yes you will, in the pack we supply with a specialised compounded serum & exfoliant.
You will need your own cleanser, sunscreen, moisturiser and makeup. We do make recommendations for these products in the info card that you'll receive with your pack or you can speak with your skin care specialist for recommendation.
How long until I see results?
Results vary for each individual, we recommend sticking with the pack and following the suggestions for at least 3-4 months. You may notice changes before this time. If you skin hasn't fully cleared up in this time but has improved keep going. If your not happy with your results it may be worth seeing a Naturopath, health professional or speaking with a dermal therapist about an individualised plan.
Tell me about zinc?
We recommend taking Zinc for at least 6 months. It's excellent for reducing inflammation, promoting healing, balancing hormones, and overall skin health.
It's best to take zinc at night before bed as it may cause you to feel nauseous. Zinc also competes with other minerals for absorption which is why we recommend having it at this time of day.
You can have a blood test to ascertain your zinc levels with your doctor (please stop taking any zinc 3 days prior to testing for accurate results) a Naturopath can also guide you if your zinc deficient.
